
A little bubbly before dinner.

9Pm and having some vin rouge from a jug in the back.

Spent the day walking around and getting the lay of the land. A small snack at 6pm before going to dinner at 9. Tomorrow we are taking a 4 hour French Sauces Class. Watch out Laguna, we’ll be saucing everything when we get back. BTW, the wine is a 2014 Pinot Noir – earthy, mellow and a pleasure to sip.
